We visit your organization and conduct an on-site audit which includes interviews with key management, department heads and end users. Based on our findings, a report is delivered that will provide findings and recommendations, along with a suggested action plan.

Mergers & Acquistions
Due to the rising number of consolidations in our industry, companies are often faced with the need to merge historical sales, contracts, pricing, rebates and facilities data on systems from one corporate office to another. DDS provides hands-on expertise in cleaning, translating and converting data from various corporate ERP systems to another. In addition, we can assist your staff with the validation and uploading of this data, as well as assessing capacity and performance of the new operating system.

Implementation Services
DDS is committed to the success of every DDS Data Manager™ implementation from the day the software is installed. Implementation consulting is provided for every sale based on the requirements of each customer. Implementation consulting is provided on a per day basis. A basic implementation is generally between seven and ten consulting days.
